Medium kitchen.

No drinking is preferred, but if it's done in moderation then it is alright.

Rent is 400$ a month plus utilities.
Heat is included in the Electric bill. When winter comes around we may be eligible for HEAP again.
The only other shared utility is internet, which is roughly 30$ a month.
