I have a room to sublet across the street from campus (6 Orchard Ave.), very nice space in a quaint house with 2 or 3 other people. It has a backyard with patio furniture and a working grill, plenty of sunlight in the kitchen and living room. I'll be gone July and August, but willing to sublet for June as well if needed.
