Looking for a grad student or working individual. Room for Rent in a NON-PARTY and NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING house. The house is a duplex and there are 2 separate apartments. The available bedroom is upstairs apartment. The Landlord lives in this apartment, so you would be living with the Landlord. The Landlord is female and 42 years old.

Utilities are extra and based on usage. They cost an average of $75- $100 per month.

The common area and bedrooms are furnished with everything you need except a bed. Included in the bedroom is a dresser, rug, nightstand, desk/chair, garbage, window shade and lamp. Washer and dryer included. There is a communal back yard with table/chairs and brick patio for all tenants to enjoy.

We have 2 dogs and 2 cats living at the house- all animals are friendly, but unfortunately we CANNOT have any more pets at the house.
