Tenants cannot bring furniture because the bedroom and common area is fully furnished, but they can bring beds.  There is a washer/dryer on the property for tenant use.

We are about 1.5 miles from school-close enough to walk or bike ride to school if u like getting a bit of exercise! The house is a about 2 blocks to the LOOP.  However, if you don't want to walk, ride your bike or take the LOOP, then you need a car.

Tenants split the cost of oil, electric and internet.  Please budget $50-$75 for utilities, but they vary with your usage.  The utilities are more expensive in the winter due to heating the house.

Looking for quiet, clean and down to earth Roommate. All roommates are expected to keep a clean house and pitch in with chores. This is not a party house.

Available for the fall semester (now).  A two month security deposit is due at lease signing.

If you would like to have a pet, there is a $50/per month pet rent.  There is also an additional pet security deposit of $1000.

Includes Garbage, Lawn Care.  You would be responsible for internet, electric, water and heat which average about $55-75/month and varies with usage.
