We have friendly and adorable pets (cat and dog) living at the house; if you have an aversion to pets, please do not consider this home.

We are about 1.5 miles from school-close enough to walk or bike ride to school if u like getting a bit of exercise! The house is a about 2 blocks to the LOOP.  However, if you don't want to walk, ride your bike or take the LOOP, then you need a car.

Tenants split the cost of oil, electric and internet.  Please budget $50-$75 for utilities, but they vary with your usage.  The utilities are more expensive in the winter due to heating the house and cheaper in the summer.

Looking for quiet, clean, mature and down to earth Roommate. All roommates are expected to keep a clean house and pitch in with chores. This is not a party house.
