I am interested in the living space.

I am 22 years old, just finished my 4th year of college and am now heading in to finish my final semester at the SUNY New Paltz where I'll be completing 2 courses and simultaneously spending 3 days a week at an internship in Nyack also for enough college credit so that I may graduate.

I require a place that I can move into in August (the rent can start before the date I can move in, but I will be moving in officially on August 25th) and I would like to be able to pay monthly rent with no contract of a specific amount of time that I would have to live there so I can play it by ear.

I would most definitely be living there until at least January and then after that it would depend on whether or not I land a job at the company I'm working for, or any other extenuating circumstances that may keep me in the area, but I require the option to leave after January if I need to.

I am a 22 year old senior, and have to do one more semester to graduate.

I am looking for a place to live, preferably outside of New Paltz, closer to the Newburgh area.

I would like to be in as soon as possible, and out by the end of December, maybe January.

Not looking to spend more than $750 a month, and that's only if it's really worth it.

Looking to sublet a very comfortable room in a VERY nice house on 2 Mill Brook Road in New Paltz, 6 blocks from campus, for the months of June & July!
  - There are 2 other Male roommates with their own rooms, who will be in & out of the house. Very nice respectful guys!
  - There is a nice kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, awesome living room with two TVs, 3 couches, a dining room area, as well as another all purpose psuedo sun-room with a few recliners.
  - A seperate studio apartment is downstairs and shared with the house, but the female tenant down there has everything and shares nothing but the large driveway with the other tenants and doesn't have a car.

Rent includes utilities (except cable/internet which the house does have.)

Possibility to lease for the following year is still available as well.
