Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

WE NEED A HOUSEMATE for JUNE 1st or sooner! We have a large well-lit bedroom for rent, with two huge closets in a clean, funky  farmhouse in Gardiner NY just a short (7 minutes) drive from SUNY New Paltz campus, New Paltz village and the mountains. Gardiner has countryl charm: apple orchards, farm markets and small shops but is very close to NP restaurants, bars and cafes. Our house has hard wood floors, huge windows, off street parking, a huge beautiful yard and a roomy, well equipped kitchen, laundry room and clean bathroom with a tub. We need a NON-SMOKER who likes cats but has no pets and vegetarians are preferred. $675 per month includes  rent and all utilities, cable TV, wireless internet, weekly garbage and recycling removal, off street parking and snow plowing. House is usually just 4 people total with two bathrooms and we all have a good sense of humor and are considerate of each other.
