For Rent in New Paltz / Look For Someone to take over my lease starting January 1, 2022

Looking for someone to take over my current lease. You'll be able to move in by January 1, 2022. Rent is $490 a month excluding utilities. You'll be living with 4 other people, a dog, and a guinea pig. Room does not come furnished (furniture is available for purchase).
