I'm a 21 year old female student looking to fill the one or both of the two bedrooms that just opened up for then next year. The house is on N Chestnut, so it's really convenient (15 or so minute walk to campus), and the rooms are both a good size. They're 750 each, and ideally for a year long lease starting at the end of May, but sublets are totally an option here. Cat friendly, lots of light, and overall a chill spot.
