I'm currently a Junior attending SUNY New Paltz whose looking to sublet my single room for next semester. The room will be available from [December or January] - [May].

1.) You can move in any date after December 18th, since I already paid for December that month is covered. You start payments January 1st, 2020.
2.) It's located right off Main street, less than five minutes from all the closest bars if you like to party.
3.) It's a 10-minute walk to campus.
4.) The room is very SPACIOUS and comes PRE-FURNISHED, with a queen-sized bed, a desk, a rolling chair, a mirror, and a small dresser. You can also bring additional furniture!
5.) The house contains 3 other girls, but guys are welcome to rent the room.
