Looking For a Place to Live in New Paltz / ISO 1 Bedroom starting June 2020

I am planning on attending graduate school at New Paltz in the fall and am searching for a one bedroom apartment with a lease starting in June. Preferably within walking distance to campus, but not a necessity.

I don't have pets and am not a smoker.

Looking for Roommate in New Paltz / Looking for roommate for 2019-2020 school year

Hey guys!
I'm currently a junior management major and I'm looking to move off campus in the fall to a 2-bedroom apartment. Sadly, all of my current friends are either graduating this year, or graduating a semester early, which doesn't leave me with any suitable roommates.
I'm a very laidback person that loves Netflix and music. I'm trying to find a lease by the end of this semester so if you're interested OR if you know anyone else that's in search of a roommate for next year please let me know!
