Hello! I am looking for a house to rent in July for $1200 or less. I am not looking to have roommates/rent a room. Anything within an hour commute from school will be ok and it'd be great if it's a bit isolated/rural! I do have a cat and like to make music, so keep those things in mind. I'd like to sign a year lease. Anytime in July is fine as my lease in NYC will be up in August. Please do not hesitate to contact with matches. I'll be moving with my boyfriend and one of our biggest preferences is to be able to make music whenever we want (and I'd really love to be able to have a vegetable garden). We are very clean and responsible...and very ready to be moving out of the city! I'll be attending grad school in the fall.
