I will be graduating in Decemeber and I am looking to sub-let my room for the Spring Semester. The apartment is located on Church St (just a 10 minute walk to campus). My room is the largest in the house and includes a walk-in closet. The apartment includes a fully stocked kitchen (including dish washer), 1 and Half bathrooms, and washer/dryer on site. The rent is $680 a month- includes wifi and garbage. Electric averages to about $25-$30 a month.

Hi there! I have an a room I will be trying to sub-let in the Spring because I am graduation in December! Two other girls will be living there for their last semester and very busy with fieldwork/internships. The apartment is on Church St so it takes about 10 minutes to walk to campus. Washer and Dryer in the basement. My room is the largest in the house and also has a walk in closet. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. $680 a month which includes heat, wifi, and garbage. You split electric which averages about $25-$30 a month. I am subletting my room for the Spring Semester. The room has a walk in closet and is very bright with a giant window. 2 floor apartment with 1 and half bathrooms. Kitchen includes a dishwasher. My landlord has been incredibly helpful. I've lived there for a year and a half and will miss the place and hope the next occupant is as happy there as I was! $680 plus electric (about $30 a month)

Looking to sub-let my room for the Spring semester. Very large room with a giant window, making it very bright, and includes a walk-in closet! (See attached photos) There are 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, full bathroom upstairs and half a bath downstairs. Includes full kitchen with appliances, including a dishwasher! Rent is $680 a month and includes wifi and garbage. I've lived here for two years and the land lord very nice and very helpful.
This apartment is located on Church Street and is only a 10 minute walk to campus and a 5 minute walk to town!
