Private entrance and patio that looks out on a beautiful half-acre garden. WIFI, electricity, washer/dryer included. Rent: $895 per month. Heat: $500 for the year. Lease 11 months (renewable), starting in August. We are looking for a responsible, quiet, and considerate person. Non-smoker. No pets.
