:)Home is right across the street from Campus.  5 bedroom 3 bath home, beautiful home.  3400 dollars or 680/room, however two of the bedrooms have there own baths so you may want to break rooms up by different pricing.  Home is brand new propane heat, which is two zone and also has brand new washer and dryer.  Garbage, water, and lawn care are included.  Home is beautiful and in a perfect location.  Would also let group move in earlier and would not collect rent till January 1st.  (so if you want to move into home in early/mid December to get it set up before Christmas that would be ok, rent would start Jan 1.) Can discuss length of lease as we could go from Jan 1st to May 30th or we could go month to month.  After May 30th would want to sign a 1 year lease.

Home also has a screen porch, garage and driveway parking
First and Last month due plus security deposit due before moving in.
