Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

I know this is far in advance, but I absolutely love my apt and want to make sure I can find a roommate so I can keep my lease! The lease is May 2016 to May 2017.  The rent is $575 and all utilities are included except for electric and wifi.  These additional costs cost my current roommate and I $50 a month each.  The apt is very close to campus and very spacious! I am a female graduate student and would prefer a female roommate. Let me know if you are interested
