I'm looking for somebody to sublet my room in a 6 bedroom house, it's a 10 min walk to campus. Rent is $516, utilities are not included but it usually adds up to be about $550 with wifi and electric. Washer & dryer in the house, super convenient!! My roommates are awesome as hell and very welcoming

We're 2 female students that are looking for a place to live somewhere in New Paltz. Don't really want to live with more than 3-4 people.
