Hi,
I have a room available in October.  Rent is $740 with utilities included. Utilities included are water, heat, electric and wifi. There is no cable. There is no washer/dryer.  I am the only other occupant. The bathroom and kitchen is shared. It's a quiet location. I am a quiet person and a graduate student. I work from home and need a roommate who is quiet and tidy.

I am looking for a quiet and clean roommate.  :)
I am an older graduate student at SUNY. I work from home mostly. My hobbies are running, photography and reading. I am quiet and reserved but friendly and down to earth.  :D
No pets or smoking. I have one bedroom with shared bathroom and kitchen. The room is large enough to have two closets. I am asking for a deposit of first and last month rent. Rent is $650 plus half utilities (approx. $80). Utilities are heat, wireless and electric. Rent includes water and garbage.
The location is very quiet and backs up to a green space. It is very serene and peaceful.
Please provide 3 references.

I am a mature graduate student looking for a female roommate. I am looking for someone who is quiet and neat. You will have your own room with a shared bathroom and kitchen. The location is very peaceful and backs up to a green space. It is about 15-20 mins from Suny New Paltz. Rent is $650/month plus 1/2 utilities. No smoking and no pets.
