I need a private kitchen, and bathroom.
My budget is less $750 including all utilities.
I am really clean, hard worker, non-smoker, and not party girl.

             Electrics + Heater + Internet = split by 3 people evenly

I have two roommates. (One of my roommates lives in the small room, and other one lives in the living room, You will use a big room).
I should move to other place. So I am looking for only female who is able to move into my room asap.
I will move to other place between May 15th and June 1st. I am really clean person and hard worker. So the room is really clean.
We will share kitchen and bathroom. They are really friendly and hard worker. (NO SMOKING AND ALCOHOL)
