Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Looking for someone to take my place subletting my room at New Paltz Gardens for the months of June through October (lease renewal after that optional). It's a two bedroom one bathroom apartment with two current room mates staying in the other bed room, both of whom are friendly and quiet.

525 a month + Util located only a 5-10 minute walk from Campus and town. Female preferred, but most importantly just looking for someone friendly who just wants a regular living space while working/studying.

Hey so I'm studying abroad in Japan next semester and desperately need someone to sublet my room to for the spring semester (Jan thru may). The house is on Water ST (3 minute walk from Campus) and the backyard is the rail trail and the Walkill river (which is beautiful honestly). The rent is 550 a month plus util which comes out to about 60 a month, and has a washing machine and dryer (free to use) and a deck. There are two other room mates both of whom are great people.
