Hi everyone, my name's Nicole and I'm a junior transfer student. My distant relatives have an apartment in their basement about 5 minutes from the school. Rent is $1000 a month with everything included, even cable and internet, I would like to find someone to split it for $500 a month. The apartment is only about a year old, one bedroom big enough for 2 twin sized beds, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. It's really nice.
