Looking for two more roommates for next years fall 2015 semester. The house is located next to the rail trail, and having a car is recommended. Front and back yards, deck, and attached two car garage. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, large kitchen, large rooms and living room. Plenty of light and nice location. Rent is $565 a month, which for living off campus in new paltz is a decent price. People just have to be clean and nice, guys or girls welcome. House located on Old kingston road.

Hey my name is Lucas, I'm a sophomore and transferring to New Paltz for the fall 2014 semester. I'm going to rent an apartment in the Southside Terraces (across the street from campus), and was wondering if anyone was looking for a nonsmoking roommate.
