Newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment in a two family home for rent in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from campus, downtown, and large grocery stores. The back yard is large and has some tables and chairs, as well as a grill. Off street parking on our driveway.
One bedroom is much larger than the other two and could potentially house two if you're on an extreme budget. The full kitchen includes a dishwasher and more cabinet space than you could want.
