Hey everyone, looking for a sublet for one of the rooms in my apartment in the gardens (>10 minute walk to campus). Ideally looking from June 1 to the end of July - if you need it through August, we can work something out too. Still waiting to hear back from a friend as to if he is going to room with me next year but I am a senior/graduate student who already has the apartment but is looking for a roommate (who gets their own room!). Rent and utilities is roughly $670 a month for everything. Male or female is cool and someone who isn't a total slob and is respectable is preferred.
