UPDATE: We have a new housemate who will be moving out in the beginning of August. We're looking for someone to come in around August 5th.
Cozy, charming bedroom available August 5th in funky old farm house with high ceilings and big bright windows looking out on a large lovely yard with tall trees, wild flowers, many birds and animals, berry bushes and a garden. Three housemates total (including you) share a roomy, fully-equipped kitchen, accessible laundry room, art filled living room and pleasantly clean full bathroom. Current housemates are independent but friendly, respectful and funny. Location is fantastic; SUNY New Paltz campus is less than a 10 minute scenic drive away as are many quaint surrounding towns with shops, restaurants, farm stands, the skydiving ranch and the famous Gunks mountains for hiking and rock climbing.
Rent is $625 per month which covers all utilities, wi-fi, cable TV, weekly trash/recyclables removal and off street parking in our handy horseshoe driveway. (A possible rent reduction of $75 off per month could be considered in exchange for housework and helping disabled housemate now and then.)
We are open to the idea of the new housemate having 1 or 2 INDOOR ONLY cats.

A bank, bar/pizza place, 24 hour gas station/convenience store, and deli are all within walking distance.

Rent is $700 and includes all utilities, wireless Internet, basic cable TV, driveway snow plowing, yard care, and garbage/recycling removal, but no phone. Long- or short-term is okay.
