I have one room available in a 5 bedroom house. The room is large with plenty of space, as is there much space in the house. It is $530 a month and about $595 monthly after utilities. It is a 5 minute walk to campus, very close. Has 2 bathrooms, two common areas, a large shared kitchen, and huge driveway. Hey there! I have one room for $550 available in my house.This room is incredibly large with even too much space. It is located on the second level of the house with a shared bathroom with one other person. The house will have five girls total in it, and you will share two bathrooms, a large kitchen, two common areas, living room, and large driveway. The house is only a 5 minute walk from campus on South Chestnut St. and doesn't include utilities, but for the price, location, and space it is definitely worth it! There are two rooms available because my roommate and I are looking to sublet starting in January.
