anybody looking for a place to live from end of august until june? me and my roommate have an open room in our place at orchard heights right off church street, only 2 blocks from main street. 2 floors, small backyard, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, spacious and open living room and dining area, lots of natural light utilities included except for electricity, rent for the room is $560/month. we lucked out with this place its in amazing condition and so much space for only 3 people. we're always making art or music, looking for someone preferably female, reliable with rent, cool with partying, and supa chill,  ~_~

Private parking with washer and dryer on condo complex grounds.
This isn't a shitty rundown typical college house.
Its a sweet deal for the price compared to other places

We're all about the good vibes, artistic and play loads of instruments
Future roommate must be chill and must like music
Accepting of partying
hippies welcomed.

-must be 3 bedroom
-under/around $600
-preferably with utilities included
-must be walking distance to campus
-preferably with the lease starting in august, but we realize most landlords prefer a june 12 month lease, so for the right price that's fine
