Its currently occupied by graduate students, who are moving out end of July.
The apt is the downstairs of a 2 unit home. Quiet neighborhood, and a quick drive/bike into town)
It has plenty of parking, a screened-in porch out back, and a nice yard (with a little garden the current tenants were kind enough to improve upon).

If you've not found a place yet, I have an apartment with rooms avialable.
Its a four bedroom with one female junior in it so far. 
She will likely wish to stay next year, and will bring some friends- so while the current leases only run to June, its likely the new crew wont need the place for the summer and will be happy to have you stay and pay for one of the rooms.
