Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Looking for a roommate starting May 1st, 2013. It is a two bedroom apartment literally 2 minutes walk from campus. Rent is $580 a month, wifi like $15 a month and electric around $40 every 2 months. Its a spacious place with a multiple areas in the complex to do laundry. 5 minute walk into town. I will be a grad student and here in the summer, neat and very laid back. Need a roommate for windsor court apartments. Place is 2 bedroom so 580 a person. It is literally a 5 minute walk to campus and has a pool for the summer. I haven't paid over lie 45 bucks a piece for electric which is twice a month and wifi is like 16 a month. Place is roomy and has a balcony plus washer dryer availability in complex. Rent is $580 a month which includes cable and a parking permit for the lot. There is a coin operated washer dryer in the building. There is a balcony and a complex pool which is a nice plus. Wifi is like $16 and change a month and electric comes every 2 months and I have yet to pay over $45 for electric. It is literally a 2 minute walk up a hill to campus so it is nice and close.
