Each apartment has five private bedrooms, a shared living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. The apartment is not furnished. The bedrooms are lockable for privacy. There is no smoking and no pets allowed. There is parking available on the premise for tenants. There is a washer and a dryer on the premises. The apartment is walking distance to campus. There is a one year lease required, and sublets are allowed with permission only.

Rent for each tenant is $625.00 a month.
Each person must put down a security deposit that is equal to two month's rent ($1250).
