Hey, we have one big bedroom, for $600 a month, in a smaller apartment above a shop right off main street. Nice spot, close to the restaurants/main-strip, and a 5-10min walk to campus. Also a nice perk, in the summer/spring/fall, every sunday, there's a farmers market right behind the apartment with great produce.

Rent includes everything but internet and electric, and the lease will start June 1st.

If interested, email me at johnmorisi@aim.com.

This is a 3br house, and me and my housemate are extending our lease for another year because we love it here. However, our 3rd guy is graduating so we're lookin for another guy to take that spot.

We're a 7 minute walk to campus (I know from experience). We're located right in the heart of new paltz, a block from main street, while still close to school. The rent is $600 + electric & internet. Snow removal, heat/gas, and water are all included. Electric and internet typically comes out to $40 monthly. The apartment is on the small side, but the bedroom that needs occupancy is very roomy.

My name is john, email me at N02308407@hawkmail.newpaltz.edu if you're interested in checking out the room.

Lease starts on June 1st, we're looking for a guy to fill in the room of our friend who is graduating this spring.

It's the biggest room in the apartment. We live a 7-minute-walk to campus, and we're right in the heart of New Paltz Village.

$600 a month + electricity and internet. Water, snow removal, and heat are all included.

Please email me at N02308407@hawkmail.newpaltz.edu if you're interested in coming to check it out.

Looking for a guy for one big bedroom available in a small (3br) house across the street from bacchus (S. Chestnut). 610 + some utilities (electric, internet, garbage removal). About a 6-8 minute walk to campus, a block away from main street, and you're pretty much in the center of new paltz.

Only one room available cause our friend is graduating this year. We are currently juniors. We like to play music and get loud from time to time, but its not an everyday thing.

if youre interested in checking out the place, please send an email to N02308407@hawkmail.newpaltz.edu , my name is john.

Me and my friend are looking for someone else to rent a room in our 3 bedroom apartment. You would be subletting [technically]. We had one other guy on the lease, but he had to drop off of it do to personal reasons. We're very laid back, but we'll like to keep the place pretty clean. We're 2 college students at SUNY New Paltz. The apartment is shared with a store that doesn't seem to open very often. The location is very close to campus. It's $535 a month + utilities, but that is negotiable. Only requirement: if you smoke cigarettes, be willing to take it outside... there is a porch and a deck. The porch has a roof, so you won't get wet from rain.

The lease starts June 1st and runs through May 31st, so if you could fill in for summer and for the rest of the year, that would be ideal. You would basically be taking over your part of the lease, and we'll ask the landlord to switch your name over if possible.

If you are interested in checking out the place, feel free to send me an e-mail @ n02308407@hawkmail.newpaltz.edu or call me @ 347-463-6512. Feel free to leave your phone number in the email if you'd prefer to talk over phone.

Me and my friend have an apartment with a lease that runs from June 1st through May 31st. It is a 3 bedroom apartment. It's located on South Chestnut and is only a few steps from Main Street. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to campus and you are right in town.

The rent is 535 a month + utilities, which will run you about $585 total, or a bit less. The price is negotiable though.

You would technically be subletting from our friend who couldn't live there due to personal problems, and deciding to take a semester off. However, you would have the room for the whole lease, so it's not like you are subletting at all.

If you are interested, send me an email at n02308407@hawkmail.newpaltz.edu and we can set up a time for you to check out the place if you wish.

Best,
John

Hi, I have a group of 3, currently looking for a 3 bedroom house/apartment in new paltz. We'd like it to be walking/biking distance to campus since we are all students. We're a good group, we care about our school work and we do not party. You can rely on us to make payments on time, because our payments are coming from out parents.

We really need to get a place soon, so please, email me any offers that you have left.

Thank you,
John

Hi, my name is John, I'm looking for a house with two of my friends. A place within walking distance of campus would be most ideal. We're all musicians, so we would like a place where we can make some noise and not have to really worry about disturbing anyone. However, we'll compromise practice times and such with other living mates if they won't mind the occasional noise.

So since we would be practicing our music, it would be nice to have a basement, so I would say that is one of the more important features. A price range from $400-600 (per person) is in our budget.

Here is my email, johnmorisi@aim.com ; I prefer email, however if you feel that you really much rather call, my number is 347 463 6512.
