Room available in New Paltz. 10 min walk to campus, right in town. Recently refinished with a bathroom, kitchen, and living space shared with three other people. The rent includes all utilities (water,heat,electric, cable which includes HBO and demand channels). It is a basement apartment and the bedroom is connected to another room so it shares one entrance.
