Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

My name is Devin, and I'm looking for a male roommate for the spring semester at Southside. I have a large one bedroom apartment already set up with furniture, and walking distance to campus. I was thinking making the living room another bed room, and make the dinning room a small living area. The rent is $980 a month that we would split in half ($490 each), I would take care of the internet, electricity, hot water, and heat. The qualified room mate would be a person who goes to Suny New Paltz (negotiable), wouldn't be bothered by my cat, smoking (not cigs), and friends coming in and out.
