Looking For a Place to Live in New Paltz / 3-4 br house

Hi,

I'm looking for a house to rent with some friends (a couple who want to share a room, another person, and myself) for the summer and next year.

3-4 bedroom house
close to town & campus (walking distance)
and has a front porch! i love sitting outside....  8)

please let me know if you have something like this

I'm a transfer looking for a place for the spring. I'm looking to share an apartment with 1 or 2 others, preferably girls. Also something close to campus. I'm quiet and trying to focus on school, but I also would like to get to know my housemates. Pet and 420 friendly.
