Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

My friend and I are looking into places to rent for just the Fall 2012 semester, I'm graduating then and she is going home in the Spring to student teach. We're trying to keep rent + utilities under $500/month and we would love to find a place that has at least bedroom furnishings, we can manage for the rest. Hey, I'm really interested in this room share. I'm a sociology major in my fourth year. I was just wondering if I could come see it and also if the room included furniture or not.
