I am going to show my available apartments starting next Monday at 26 South Oakwood Terrace.  The spaces range from single rooms that share a bath and kitchen for $595 to 5 BR apts for $630/r. All utilities and services are included with the exception of cable and wifi. Leases run from 5/26/14- /5/23/15. Subletting is allowed and I will wait for your loans to come in if need be.
