For Rent in New Paltz / Large Apartment looking for two female roommates

Southside Apartments-located right across the street from campus.  Rent is around $460.  Water and heat is included with laundry on premises ($).  Cable and electric is separate.  Semester lease starts mid January-mid May.  If interested let us know ASAP.

Looking for Roommate in New Paltz / Looking for Roommate Spring 2012

Hey

My name is Meg my roommate Nicole and I have are looking for another girl roommate for the Spring. Our apt is located right across the street from campus so you can walk to campus and a five min walk into town.  Heat and water is all included on the rent which is around $460.  Someone who is easy going but likes to go out and have fun.  If your interested let us know!

Apartment comes furnished.
