Minute walk to campus!

Housemate needed for 2012/2013 school year.

4 room house, 2 full bathrooms, living room, basement, large kitchen. On the slow side of Plattekill avenue. Prime location with 1 minute walk to campus.

Must be down to drink, party and have parties at the house. We are all serious students and do well in school, but we go out 2-3 times per week and drink a lot. No Friday/Saturday night studying. Have to be ready to hang out/go out on the weekends. Not into drugs, just alcohol.

We listen to a lot of music and have band practice at the house a few times per week. Must be able be able to tolerate loud music. Bassist and drummer already living in the house so a guitarist would be cool, but not necessary, to live with. We like rock-based music and 90s music. NO rap music enthusiasts, specifically contemporary rap.
