Room available from June until the end of August. Furnished with full bed, desk, dresser and big closet. Room also has lots of natural light (3 windows), and it is spacious.
You also with have your own full bathroom.
You will be sharing the house with a couple.
You have full access to the downstairs -includes kitchen, living area with TV (basic cable), and a beautiful furnished deck. Also, you are free to use the laundry which is included in the monthly rent. Again- all other utilities (gas, electric, internet etc) are all included!
No pets.
Smoking outside only.
Located about a 1.5 miles from campus- 25 min walk. Parking on the street.
Even though you will be sharing the space with a couple, the house is large enough that you will not be in each others' way. The room is on the other end of the house, and you have lots of privacy.

Hello. I am renting out my room for the summer from May until the end of August. Rent and duration of stay is negotiable. The room is in a beautiful house that is shared with a gay couple. It is about a mile from campus. You will have your own spacious, furnished room (lots of light and big closet) with a full bathroom.
