Hello! Looking for someone to sublet 1 room in a 4 bedroom apartment from june to august. Wonderful location: about 1/2 block from campus. My rent is 650 although I am definitely willing to negotiate. Access to full bath, kitchen, living room, and basement with washer and dryer.

Hello there :) I am subletting my room for the summer. It's location is: 19 South Oakwood Lower Apartment New Paltz, NY 12561. The room is 4 bedrooms, and the other girls subletting so far are very nice. Rent is $2,600 split four ways, which includes everything. There is a washer & dryer in the basement. It is walking distance from campus.
