Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

I am studying abroad for the fall semester and need to rent my room out!  I live with 5 girls, we are all very clean (or try to be), like to go out but definitely are curtious of each other when some don't go out.  The house is located on South Chestnut street, five minutes from campus.  540 a month plus utilities, probably around 575 a month total. You get your own bedroom, there are two bathrooms, a kitchen and living room and a full parking lot.  although ill be away for just the fall semester, the room is available for the entire year.  LET ME KNOW =)

I have one bedroom available for rent in my house.  It has six bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms and a full living room and kitchen.  It is a 5 minute walk from campus, located on South Chestnut street.  5 girls live there currently, pretty clean.
its 540 a month plus cable/internet, electric and heat.  All together we end up paying approx 575 a month, sometimes less sometimes more depending on the electric/heat we use.

I am studying abroad for the Fall 2012 semester.  I live in a house with 6 girls including me, there are two bathrooms, everyone has their own room, a large kitchen, living room, every bedroom has a closet.

The rent is 540 a month, we pay electric, cable/internet, and heat separate.

The house is literally right off campus, at 74. South Chestnut street so you don't need a car but we do have a parking lot with enough spaces for everyone to have a car.
