Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hey everyone! I have a room available on Church street (side closer to main street) available for June 1st. It is $650/month, everything included except electric and cooking propane, which we are very mindful of so splitting three ways won't be much. Sharing the common spaces with me, my boyfriend (sharing other room) and my two very sweet kitties. Very laidback environment where we are thoughtful of the area and therefore are clean, earth-conscious, etc. So, if this seems like the place for you, let me know!

Hey! I found a nice 2-bedroom right off of main street on south oakwood terrace, behind the gulf station so very close to downtown and the school! There is one room with a lot of natural light and another bigger one. Tons of storage, really nice kitchen and cool deck which will be awesome when it warms up (or to use for 420-friendly business!) It's $1175 a month so $588 each+ electric, and wifi if we want it but that won't be much. Quite excited about it and I'm really looking forward to finding an easygoing cat-friendly roommate to come occupy it with me! Hey! I'm looking for a roommate asap, I suppose for Feb 1st. I'm looking for any sort of apartment, just has to be in walking distance seeing how I don't have a car. At this point, I'm willing to settle for Southside or NP Gardens. I'm really chill and extremely laid back. I wanna get along with my roommate.. Friends hopefully eventually! I have 2 kitties that would be coming along with me so being cool with them is a must, though that's not very hard because they're awesome!

Hey everyone. I posted earlier about looking for a roommate for a 2-bedroom apartment on main street. Hey! I am currently looking into an apartment on Main Street (right next to Water Street market). It is 2-bedroom, $950 a month, aiming for November 1st move-in. I've heard it's really nice (my friend lives right upstairs) and I'm planning on checking it out tomorrow sometime. I'm looking for a roommate that I can jive with. You know.. Chill, friendly, goes with the flow, doesn't mind alcohol/420 smoke occasionally and will be friendly to my 2 very sweet kitties.
