First-floor bedroom in private home available for rent during the summer semester. Rental period starts June 5th and ends August 5th, although if you need to stay a little longer that is negotiable. All utilities are included in the cost of rent. There is parking on site, although you won't need a car as both campus and town are just a 5-minute walk away. The house has a full kitchen, back porch, and a large backyard with bbq grill and fire pit. First months rent ($570.00) and a security deposit of $75.00 are due on signing.
