Hello. I am a quiet and clean graduate student looking for housing. I am willing to sublet, or would take a room with a 6 month/flexible lease in or around New Paltz. If there is no COVID-19 vaccine by January, I could sign for an additional 6 months. I have one very well behaved cat who is extremely non-destructive and clean. Please let me know if interested.

I have a 1 bedroom I need to sublet in my 2 bedroom apartment as soon as possible -- Spring semester sublet works too, though. Rent is $707 per month. 5 minute walk from campus, and a 10 minute walk from downtown.
