So if you are interested in subletting for a month BEFORE the lease actually begins that can absolutely be arranged. The bedroom is on the third floor of a 2 floor unit (first floor is a separate unit) in a really convenient part of town (near Los Jalepenos.) 5 minute drive to campus factoring in traffic. You have a nice front porch and everyone here is pretty relaxed and easy to live with. If you have another person looking for a place to live as well the room adjacent to mine is also open.
