Hello, I am a 24-year-old female looking for a room or apartment to rent for my last semester before I graduate in December from SUNY New Paltz. I would preferably like to rent from August to January, as I will not be staying in New Paltz over the summer. My budget is ideally no more than $650 a month, however, I am willing to pay a little bit more if I can be accommodated. I am very neat and easy going. I am looking for some to sublet my room in the summer. I am moving out in Mid-late May but I am willing to be flexible if you would like to move in earlier. The month of May will already be paid for. It is an all girls house, clean, and very close to town and campus (5 minutes max). There is free laundry, nice porch to sit on outside during the summer and a nice spacious backyard.
