Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

I'm studying abroad next semester and looking for someone to sublet my room! I live on 2 Lookout Ave., less than a block away from campus and so close to Main Street. The location is ideal, it's so quick to get to class and go to town! The house is very spacious; we have a large living room with a fireplace and a great kitchen. The bedroom has plenty of space as well and will come furnished with a Full Size bed. I live with two other wonderful Juniors who are both tidy and super chill. Additionally, the house has a driveway and is also pet friendly*. Rent and utilities equals to $800, SO worth it because of the space, excellent location and the washer & dryer included in the house! You are also welcome to have a roommate and split the cost of rent! * Because the house is pet friendly, my housemate currently has a dog who is old and sleeps all day in her room. He's very sweet, quiet, and gentle. If you are interested in the house and have any allergies, concerns, or questions, please reach out and let me know. He also has another home in Brooklyn if this is an issue.

I'm subletting my room as I'm studying abroad in Spring 2017, my room will be available! I live in a great house on Lookout Ave, which is a 2 min walk to school and so close to Main Street. We have a washer and dryer in the house, a fireplace, and a really spacious, cozy living room. The kitchen is also very spacious and so are the bedrooms. Two Juniors live in the other rooms and they are both tidy and clean. There is truly plenty of space in the house and the location is ideal. It's a really is wonderful residence and I can send you photos of the room and the house if you are interested.
