My name is Kevin and I am looking for a room to rent until January for the Fall semester of New Paltz. Is this room still available? I would definitely be interested and I can come up either this Tuesday or July 30-31st to see it if that would be alright. Please let me know and have a good day!

Looking For a Place to Live in New Paltz / Looking for a place to live until December

I am a grad student and looking for a place to rent for only the fall semester at New Paltz, preferably within walking distance of campus although not required. I would also appreciate having housemates as long as they are relatively clean. I wouldn't want anything too expensive though I would be willing to pay a bit more for a nicer apartment. Please message me if you have anything available.
