Hi! My roommates/friends and I are looking for one more person in our house. Our other friend decided to transfer and bailed on us. Its super close to campus, and you would have your own room. The rent is $700 a month, its a ten month lease (August-end of May) so over the summer you don't have to pay if youre not going to be here. Let me know if you have any questions!

Hello! My friends and I recently found a house to rent. It's four bedrooms. Unfortunatly one of our friends/roommates decided to transfer... so we are looking for someone (preferably a female) to take what would have been her room. The house is super cute!! And so close to campus! It's right on N. Manheim (near M&T bank), its right off of main street. The bedroom a decent size!! It's a ten month lease- which is perfect if you're not in New Paltz over the summer months. The rent is $700 a month. And all of the girls who are gonna live there, are super nice, and east going.
