I have a room available on Grove St. starting after graduation until July 31 with the option to renew for next year.

Big, spacious room with a big closet in a 6 bedroom house on the first floor.  The house has 2 bathrooms (one on each floor), furnished common areas, 2 fridges (3 people per fridge) and more than enough shelf space. Coin-operated washer and dryer are on premises and there off street parking available as well.

It is a cozy house and rent is 520/mo and does not include utilities.
